Sample Data Management
Add new sample records, find and edit existing styles, manage holidays and import CSV data.
Connect Supabase and sign in with a FIT & TECH account or main admin account.
Add sample record
Complete the sample details and save them to the shared database.
Find and edit a style
Search by sample code, style or supplier. Select Edit to load a record into the form.
Sign in to load sample records.
Manage holidays
Add dates that should appear in the dashboard's upcoming holidays panel.
Import sample data from CSV
CSV columns must match: sample_date, expected_delivery_date, received_date, sample_type, sample_code, style, supplier, buyer, status, result, sample_quantity, comments.
CSV import uses the currently signed-in user and is subject to database row-level security. Check the preview before importing.
