SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
Main Admin
Create and manage department accounts
Main Admin creates accounts directly and assigns each person to a department. The secure server function protects account creation; its service-role key never belongs in the browser.
Dropdown master data
Add standard dropdown values for FIT & Tech. Options are combined with distinct values already present in saved sample records.
Holiday calendar
Working-day calculations exclude Saturdays, Sundays and dates listed here. Add a holiday to update turnaround calculations across FIT & Tech.
Account management
Main Admin creates department accounts and assigns roles. Use Supabase Authentication → Users to disable an account when access must be revoked. Never share initial passwords; give each administrator their own account and ask them to change their password after first login.
